  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Strawberries - (2 pints)

  2. 1/2 Heavy whipping cream

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Powdered sugar

  4. 4 tablespoons 60ml Brandy

  1. Recipe Instructions Wash strawberries, and cut the tops off. Let strawberries drain. Mix together heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and the brandy. Beat with a mixer until this becomes thick. Place strawberries into glasses and spoon over the sauce. This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
