  2. 4 cups rhubarb, strung or peeled, cut in pieces

  3. 4 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil the rhubarb for 1 minute in salted water. Drain off water. Put all other ingredients in a buttered baking pan. Cover with the rhubarb. Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes. Then serve.
