  1. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Butter

  2. 2 oz 56g Semisweet chocolate

  3. 2 Egg - beaten

  4. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Flour

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Pecans - chopped

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Di saronno amaretto Chocolate frosting

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 325F. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Melt butter and chocolate in small pan; set aside to cool. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients, except Di Saronno Amaretto, and mix well. Bake 35 minutes; brownies should still be soft. Cool. Poke with fork; pour Di Saronno Amaretto over top of brownies. Refrigerate overnight. Ice with favorite chocolate frosting. Cut into squares.
