  1. 1 1/2 - 2 lbs bow tie pasta

  2. 1 jar red pepper s (chopped)

  3. 1 can black olive s (chopped)

  4. 1/2 red onion (chopped) garlic (to taste) baslamic vinegar olive oil

  1. Cook the pasta according to taste. Set aside to cool. In pan lightly sauté peppers, olives, onion and garlic. Mix paste with sautéed ingredients in large bowl. Dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil according to your own taste - though you should use a little oil. Place in fridge for flavors to marinate. When ready to serve mix well and add more vinegar as needed.
