  1. 1 bag of elbow pasta (smallest possible)

  2. 1 jar cherries

  3. 1 can pineapple

  4. 1/2 cup pecan s

  5. 3 Tbs mayonnaise

  6. 1 can table cream

  7. 1/2 cup pine nut s sugar and a pinch of salt

  1. Cook and drain elbows. Chop the fruits and pecans as finitely as possible. Save some of the pineapple’s and cherry’s juice for the dressing. To prepare dressing mix cream, mayonnaise and juices together. Here’s where we add sugar to taste and the pinch of salt. When the pasta is cool mix everything together. Refrigerate (so the dressing becomes thicker) and serve. Much better if done a day in advance!
