    1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Jumbo lump crabmeat - free of shells

    2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated pepper jack cheese

    3. 3/4 cup 177ml Mayonnaise

    4. 1/4 cup 59ml Grated Parmesan

    5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Minced green onions -

    6. 5 Roasted garlic cloves - (to 6)

    7. 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced

    8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Worcestershire sauce

    9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lemon or lime juice

    10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot pepper sauce

    11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

    1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients in a casserole and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or toast points. This recipe yields 4 cups.
