  1. 13 oz. can of skim evaporated milk

  2. 2 1/2 cup unsweetened cereal crumbs

  3. 1 tbsp. granulated sugar replacement

  4. 1/4 cup nuts, very finely chopped

  5. 3 tbsp. cocoa

  6. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  7. 1/4 cup butter

  8. Dash of salt

  1. In a saucepan, mix milk and cocoa, and cook over a low flame, till the cocoa dissolves. Add butter, vanilla, sugar replacement and salt to it and bring it to a boil. Now reduce the heat and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Put the cereal crumbs in, mix well and cook for 15 minutes. Divide the batter in half and roll each half into a tube about 8 inches long. Coat each tube with finely chopped nuts and wrap in waxed paper. Chill overnight, then cut into ¼-inch slices and enjoy.

  2. Healthy Sugar-free Candy Bars Ingredients 6 - 8 bread slices ¼ cup peanut butter 1 tbsp. wheat germ 2 tbsp. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cocoa (optional) Trim crust away from bread and cut into half. Dry the bread overnight along with the crust or in an oven at 350° F for ½ an hour. Crumble the crust and add wheat germ, chopped nuts and peanut butter; mix well. Now add peanut oil to the mixture till it reaches a thin consistency. Dip the bread in the peanut mixture and roll in nuts before serving.

  3. Maple Candy Ingredients 2 - 4 cups sugar-free maple syrup ¼ cup butter 1 cup nut meats chopped 1 cup cream 1 tsp. lemon extract In a saucepan, cook the sugar-free maple syrup, cream and the butter for 9 - 10 minutes (after reaching a boil). Remove the pan from the flame and add nut meats and lemon extract; stir well for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into buttered pans or candy molds. Allow it to cool, cut into squares or candy molds and enjoy.

  4. Sugar-free Gummy Candy Ingredients 1 package sugar-free flavored gelatin, any flavor ½ cup cold water 6 packages unflavored gelatin 2 - 3 candy molds, as per the size of the cavities in the mold In a saucepan, mix the unflavored gelatin, flavored gelatin, and cold water. Place saucepan on stove and cook over a medium flame. Continue stirring till the mixture heats up and liquefies. Remove the mixture from the flame. Spray the candy molds with nonstick cooking spray and pour the mixture into the molds. Allow them to cool and then place in a freezer for 10 - 12 minutes to solidify. Now remove carefully from the molds and enjoy.

  5. Chocolate-peanut Butter Fudge (Low-carb)

  6. Ingredients 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate 3 teaspoons peanut butter 1 cup sugar substitute 8 oz. cream cheese Melt peanut butter and cream cheese together in a microwave. Stir in between and continue to melt for 2 minutes. Melt chocolate separately in another bowl, until it attains creamy consistency. Once chocolate is melted, combine it with the melted cream cheese and peanut mixture and add sugar substitute to it. Pour this mix in a pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cut into square pieces and serve.

  7. Chocolate Rum Balls (Low-carb)

  8. Ingredients 1 - 1½ cup almond flour 5 tablespoons cocoa powder Low-calorie sweetener Rum/brandy/whiskey (according to taste)

  9. Softened butter Vanilla essence Mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, butter and low-calorie sweetener. To this, add rum/brandy/whiskey and vanilla essence; the total amount of liquid is 2 - 3 tablespoons. You can add a little bit of water if you don't want too much liquor. Mix slowly until all contents come together. Make small, round balls and keep them covered and stored in a refrigerator for few days, after which you can enjoy them.
