  2. 4 bagels -- sliced

  3. 1 cup mozzarella -- shredded

  4. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  5. 6 ounces tomato paste

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  8. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  9. 1/4 teaspoon oregano -- dried

  10. 1/4 teaspoon basil -- dried

  11. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preheat broiler. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place bagel halves cut side up on the sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, tomato paste, salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil and pepper; mix well. Spread evenly over the bagel halves. Broil 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and bagels are crisp. Serve immediately.
