    2. Title: OLIVE OIL-LEMON MARINADE

    4. Yield: 1 cup

    5. 2/3 c Olive oil

    6. 1 ea Lemon juiced

    7. 1 ts Lemon thyme

    8. Pepper, to taste

    9. Combine all the ingredients in a small container.

    10. When brushing on the vegetables as they grill, swirl

    11. the mixture around with a brush to ensure that the oil

    12. & lemon remain well mixed.

    13. Use to baste grilling vegetables as they grill. Works

    14. especially well with broccoli or carrots.
