    2. 1 1/2 cups corn meal

    3. 1/2 cup flour

    4. 1 teaspoon soda

    5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

    6. 1 cup sweet milk

    7. 1 cup sour milk

    8. 1/4 cup molasses

    1. Mix and sift the dry ingredients.

    2. Add the milk and molasses and beat thoroughly.

    3. Pour in well-greased muffin cups and steam for two hours.
