  1. 3 teaspoons 15ml Grapefruit (large)

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Oranges (medium)

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mango - diced (medium)

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Red onion - (peeled and diced) (small)

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Red pepper - julienne (small)

  6. 1 Yellow pepper - julienne

  7. 1 Chile pepper - julienne (large)

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped cilantro

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Olive oil

  1. Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully.

  2. Serving Ideas : Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
