  1. 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  2. 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  3. 36 frozen mini filo shells (2 packages)

  1. Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes; remove and stir. Continue microwaving for 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until mixture is smooth and blended. Fill the filo shells with the chocolate mixture. As you're working, the chocolate mixture may become too firm; just microwave it for 30-40 seconds on low and stir again. If you have any chocolate mixture left over, just put it on a plate and let it harden to make fudge. Let tartlets stand until firm. Makes 36 tartlets
