  2. 1 Egg yolk

  3. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Melted butter

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar -

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice -

  1. Beat the cheese, egg yolk, salt and butter together. Add the sugar or lemon juice if you like -- some people like them sweet, some don't. Fill pancakes.
