  1. 1/2 cup water

  2. 10 ounces frozen cauliflower

  3. 10 ounces frozen green peas

  4. 1 cup cucumber , peeled and diced

  5. 3 tablespoons ranch salad dressing

  6. 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream

  7. 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

  2. Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain well.

  3. Combine the cauliflower mixture and the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.

  4. Serve warm or chilled.
