  1. Vegetable Pie

  2. 3-4 large carrots, chopped

  3. 4-5 large zucchini, chopped

  4. 2-3 large raw potatoes, chopped

  5. 1/2 an onion, chopped

  6. 3 eggs

  7. 1 large container cottage cheese

  8. 1 box/'cake' feta cheese

  9. 8 oz. plain yogurt

  10. basil, oregano, black pepper

  11. Combine all ingredients. Put the mixture in a greased pan, and bake, medium heat, for about 45 minutes.

  12. Variations:

  13. omit the eggs

  14. add any sharp cheese

  15. use other vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach etc.)

  16. replace the yogurt with sour cream
