  1. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree

  2. 1/4 cup chicken broth

  3. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts

  4. 2 tablespoons pine nuts , toasted

  5. 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)

  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. fresh ground pepper , to taste

  9. 1 cup grated havarti cheese

  10. parmesan cheese

  11. 8 ounces penne , cooked and drained

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the first 8 ingredients; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.

  2. Add in Havarti cheese and stir until cheese is melted.

  3. Serve sauce over pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
