  3. 4 Boneless pork chops - fat trimmed

  4. 2 Egss - beaten (large) Nonstick cooking spray - as needed

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the pecans and black pepper in a small bowl. Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the pork chops on it.
