  1. Ingredients :

  2. Small muffin pans

  3. 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

  4. 5 ounces of thinly sliced deli ham

  5. 1/3 cup bacon bits

  6. 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  7. 2 to 3 Tbls tsp. Dijon mustard

  8. 1- container of large refrigerated flaky biscuits

  1. Preparation :

  2. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Chop ham into small pieces.

  3. Combine chopped ham, bacon bits, cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard in a bowl.

  4. Divide biscuits into thirds and shape to the bottom and up the sides of ungreased miniature muffin pans, making a cup.

  5. Fill each with about 1 spoonful of cheese mixture.

  6. Bake until cheese is melted and they are light brown, about 10 minutes.

  7. Let sit for 2 minutes before you remove them from muffin pans.
