  2. 2 lbs. Miniature Cocktail Weiners

  3. 1 TBSP. shortening

  4. 1 TBSP. Minced Dried Onions

  5. 1/2 Cup Vinegar

  6. 1 Cup Water

  7. 1/4 tsp. Prepared Yellow Mustard

  8. 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

  9. 1/2 tsp. Sugar

  10. 1/2 Bottle Catsup (or more as desired)

  1. Melt shortening in large stock pot. Saute minced onions until tender. Slowly add vinegar. Add water, mustard, worcestershire sauce, sugar and simmer. Add catsup to taste. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Add cocktail weiners and simmer on low until ready to serve. (6 links per serving/17 servings)
