  1. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  2. 1/4 cup honey

  3. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  6. 3/4 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes

  1. In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour half of the sauce into a large resealable plastic bag; add beef cubes and toss to coat. Set remaining sauce aside. Thread beef onto metal or soaked wooden skewers. Discard marinade from beef. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness, turning once. Serve with reserved sauce. ');
