  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Salad:

  5. 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

  6. 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  7. 1 cup bean sprouts

  8. 1 cup snow pea pods

  9. 1/4 cup sliced celery

  10. 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

  1. For Soy Dressing: In large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, cider vinegar, soy sauce, and black pepper.

  2. For Salad: Add apple, mushrooms, bean sprouts, snow pea pods, celery and green pepper to dressing mixture and toss well.
