  1. 2 Cream cheese - softened

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dried tarragon

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Green pepper flakes

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Green olives with pimientos - sliced

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Sliced black olives

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry onion flakes

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco sauce

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Dry parsley flakes

  1. Recipe Instructions Blend cream cheese, green pepper flakes, olives, onion, and Tabasco sauce with a fork in a medium size bowl. Shape mixture into a round ball. Roll in parsley flakes until covered slightly, pressing flakes against ball as you roll it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Present on platter surrounded with snack crackers.
