  1. 2 tubes (8 ounces each ) refrigerated crescent rolls

  2. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  3. 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

  4. 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

  5. 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  6. 1 cup chopped peeled tart apple

  7. 1 cup chopped fully cooked ham

  8. 3/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  9. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Unroll crescent dough; pat onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine mustard, parsley, onion and butter; spread over crust. Sprinkle with apple, ham and cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into squares. Yield: 2 dozen.
