  1. 2 4 tomatoes

  2. 4 large onions

  3. 2 cup light brown sugar

  4. 1 bunch celery

  5. 2 green peppers

  6. 1 1/2 cup vinegar

  7. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  8. 1/2 tsp. cloves

  9. 2 Tbsp. salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

  11. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  12. 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

  13. 2 apples

  1. C hop onions, celery, peppers and apples. Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces. Mash into pulp.

  2. Add rest of ingredients and boil together about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Can and seal.

  3. Makes 6 pints.
