    1. meatloaf mixture , (ground up beef, pork and veal).

    2. 1 egg

    3. small can of tomato sauce

    4. Instant oatmeal cereal

    5. salt, garlic pepper, oregano ect

    1. I mix it all together, if it is too moist, than I add more oatmeal or if it is to dry I add more sauce

    2. This is something you have to play with

    3. Note: If you don't have tomato sauce, you can use ketchup if necassary
