  1. 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

  2. 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

  3. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, well drained

  4. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

  5. 1/2 cup chopped red pepper

  6. RITZ Crackers

  1. MIX sour cream and dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended.

  2. ADD spinach, cheese and red pepper; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

  3. SERVE as a spread on crackers.
