  1. 2 tb Margarine

  2. 1/2lb Frozen crab, thawed

  3. 1/2lb Fresh crab OR 1/2lb Frozen shrimp, thawed

  4. 1/2lb Fresh shrimp OR 2 tb Cold water

  5. 3 ts Cornstarch

  6. 1/4ts White pepper

  7. 1/2ts Salt

  8. 1/2ts Cayenne pepper

  9. 1 ts Basil

  10. 1 cn Tomatoes (16 oz.)

  11. 1 cl Garlic, minced

  12. 1/4c Red pepper, chopped

  13. 1/4c Onion, chopped

  14. 2 c Peppery rice

  1. + Directions : Melt margarine in a medium skillet. Add onion, red pepper and garlic. Cook Salt and white pepper. Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Mix well. Add to tomato mixture. Stir until bubbly. Add shrimp and crab and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until seafood is thoroughly cooked. Serve on top of rice. Serves 4.
