  3. 1 Large can diced tomatoes in juice -

  4. 28 oz 1 Chili beans - (16 oz) - undrained

  5. 1 Tomato sauce - (8 oz)

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Salsa

  7. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped (small)

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Bell pepper - chopped (small)

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder Minced jalapeño or other hot chile - to taste

  10. 1 Garlic clove - minced Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper - or to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large skillet, brown pork cubes in hot oil over medium heat. Drain. Place pork in crockpot; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Good with cornbread or crackers. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
