  1. 1/2 c Green bell pepper

  2. 1/2 c Red bell pepper

  3. 1/2 c Yellow bell pepper

  4. 1/2 c Mushrooms, quartered

  5. 1/2 c Yellow onion

  6. 4 Garlic cloves; minced

  7. 4 Chicken breasts

  8. -- (skinless and boneless) 2 tb Olive oil

  9. 1/4 ts Coarse black pepper

  10. 1/2 tb Salt substitute

  11. 10 oz California dried figs

  12. -- in bite-sized pieces 1 tb Fresh parsley, chopped

  13. 1 tb Fresh basil, chopped

  14. 1/2 c White wine

  15. 2" x

  16. 1/4". Stir-fry chicken strips in olive oil in heavy saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add all vegetables and seasonings, except figs, parsley, and basil. Continue to cook for 15 minutes. Add figs, parsley, and basil and mix well. Add wine and continue to cook for another
