  1. 50g paneer (cubed into 12-15 pieces)

  2. 0 1/2 cup of onions (red onions, diced into small pieces)

  3. 300g tomatoes(deep diced tomatoes)

  4. 1 tsp of salt

  5. 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper

  6. a pinch of turmeric powder

  7. 2 tsp garam masala(homemade)

  8. 1 tsp of garlic

  9. 2 green chillies

  10. 10g ginger (sliced)

  11. chopped cilantro leaves (for garnishing)

  1. Heat the pan and coat with olive oil.

  2. Fry the onions.

  3. Put all the masala in it.

  4. Add whole can of tomatoes to it.

  5. once it boil, lower the flame. Cook for 5mins.

  6. preheat the iron pan and fry the paneer cubes until they are light brown.

  7. Blend the contents in the pan containing tomatoes and masala.

  8. Add fried paneer cubes to it and 2 green chillies.

  9. Add cooked chick peas to it. (optional)

  10. cook in sim for 5 mins.

  11. Transfer the paneer masala in the serving bowl and now it is ready to serve.

  12. Garnish it with thin slices of ginger and chopped cilantro leaves.
