  10. 2 15 ounce cans low sodium black beans, rinsed, drained

  11. 2 poblano chilies, seeded, chopped

  12. 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  13. 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

  14. Sour cream (fat free) optional

  15. Avocado slices

  16. Orange wedges (optional, however attractive)
