  1. 1-pound package frozen meatballs

  2. 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

  3. 16 oz. bag baby carrots

  4. 1 onion, chopped, if desired

  5. 3 (14 oz). can ready to serve beef broth

  6. 1 cup water

  7. 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes

  8. 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

  10. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  11. 12 oz. can evaporated milk

  12. 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

  1. Put all ingredients except evaporated milk and cornstarch in a 4-5 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low 9-11 hours. Mix evaporated milk and cornstarch; add during last hour and cook until thoroughly heated and thickened.

  2. servings If you have a new hotter cooking crockpot cook on low for 6-8 hours.
