  1. 2 lbs russet potato es

  6. 1 large onion chopped

  7. 2 cloves garlic minced

  8. 1 1/2 tsp each summer savory and dry thyme leaves

  9. 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  10. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  11. 1/2 lb peeled carrot s shredded

  12. 1/2 cup parsley

  13. 1 up low sodium beef broth

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Peel, then mash with milk, white pepper and salt. Meanwhile crumble turkey into 12 inch frying pan, cook over medium heat until opaque (about 10 minutes) Remove meat with slotted spoon, pour off all of the fat and add onion and garlic to pan. cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until ionion is solt. Add seasonings, cook one minute. jAdd carrots, parsley, broth and meat. Bring to a boil over hight heat, then boil until liquid is evaporated (about 10 minutes. Transfer to a 2-3 quart casserole dish. Spread mashed potatoes over meat misture and bake in 375 degree over unter heated. Then put under broiler until potatoes are lightly browned.
