  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Sauerkraut - (1 lb can)

  2. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Blue grapes

  3. 6 oz 170g Ham - cooked Dressing

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Yogurt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper - white

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Honey

  1. Recipe Instructions Rinse and drain sauerkraut; chop coarsely. Wash grapes and cut in half; remove seeds if desired. Cut ham in julienne strips. Gently mix these 3 ingredients. Blend dressing ingredients and stir into sauerkraut mixture. Marinate for 10 minutes; adjust seasoning before serving, if necessary.
