  7. 2 Tablespoons shortening

  8. 1/2 cup sugar

  9. 1 egg

  10. 2 cups flour -- sifted

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1 tablespoon baking powder

  13. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  14. 1/2 cup milk

  15. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  16. 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  17. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  18. 1/4 cup butter -- melted

  19. Cream shortening, sugar & egg until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Mix well to a stiff dough. stir in nuts. Drop by tablespoon into well greased small size muffin pan cups. Bake at

  20. 400 for 20 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon in paper bag.
