  2. PEACHY ICE CREAM CROWN CAKE **

  7. 6 oz Ladyfingers -- split

  8. 1/2 ga Vanilla ice cream

  9. 1 c Sugar

  10. 1 tb Cornstarch

  11. 1/2 c Dry white wine

  12. 1/2 c Water

  13. 3 md Peaches -- sliced

  14. Line 9 springform pan with plastic wrap. Arrange ladyfingers to cover

  15. bottom and sides of pan. Layer half of the ice cream, remaining ladyfingers

  16. and then remaining ice cream into pan. Freeze. Combine sugar and cornstarch

  17. in saucepan; stir in wine and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture is

  18. clear and slightly thickened. Mash one peach and stir into wine mix. Cool.

  19. Place peach slices over ice cream layer of cake. Serve with wine sauce. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
