  1. 1 cup hummus

  2. 1 lemon wedge

  3. 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

  4. 2 pita breads

  5. 1/4 of a seedless cucumber

  6. 1 medium tomato

  7. 4 oz feta cheese

  8. 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, quartered

  9. 1/4 cup olives

  10. 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

  1. Spoon hummus into a small bowl. Squeeze in lemon juice to taste; stir. Drizzle top with olive oil. Put bowl on a medium-size platter.

  2. Cut pita into wedges. Slice cucumber and cut tomato into wedges. Break feta into chunks. Place pita, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta on platter.

  3. Put artichoke hearts and olives in small bowls; place on platter. Sprinkle artichoke hearts with parsley; toss.
