  1. How to make it Pay attention to the order in which you put incredients in the blender. The wet ingredients go in first! This is important! Add, egg, oil, milk , salt, baking powder, sugar, flour into the blender. Blend 10-20 seconds--just until all ingredients are mixed. Scrape sides. Blend 2-3 more seconds. Grease skillet or frying pan and place on stovetop burner set medium high. Pour pancakes into pan to desired size. When bubbles form on pancake surface, turn. Cook for 5 or 10 seconds more. Remove from pan. Enjoy!
