  1. 1 c Sweet red wine

  2. 1/2c Chili sauce

  3. 1/3c Vinegar

  4. 1/4c Honey

  5. 2 tb Soy sauce

  6. 1 tb Worcestershire sauce

  7. 2 ts Salt

  8. 2 ts Dry mustard

  9. 1 ts Horseradish

  10. 1 ts Red pepper sauce

  11. 1/2ts Ground pepper

  12. 1/2ts Paprika

  13. 3 tb Vegetable oil

  14. 3 lb Pork country-style ribs

  1. + Mix all ingredients except oil and ribs in saucepan.

  2. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Heat oven to 350'.

  5. Heat oil in Dutch oven over low heat.

  6. Brown half of the ribs in hot oil; remove ribs.

  7. Repeat with remaining ribs; drain off fat.

  8. Return ribs to Dutch oven; pour sauce over ribs.

  9. Cover and bake 1 hour.

  10. Uncover and bake until done, about 30 minutes.

  11. Remove ribs to serving bowl.

  12. Strain sauce; skim off fat.

  13. Pour sauce over ribs.
