  1. 3/4 cup 246g / 8.7oz Maple syrup

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Light molasses

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Honey

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Malt vinegar

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml White vinegar

  6. 2 cups 474ml Ketchup

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soy sauce

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Fresh lemon juice

  10. 6 Tabasco sauce

  11. 3 teaspoons 15ml Fenugreek

  12. 6 teaspoons 30ml Sweet paprika

  13. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  14. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  1. Add liquid ingredients, except the water, to sauce pan. Simmer these ingredients for 15 minutes or until all ingredients have blended. Sift in fenugreek and paprika. Stir while spices are blending into sauce.

  2. Bring sauce to slow rolling boil. Then add cornstarch and water to sauce. Continue to simmer until sauce has thickened.

  3. Sauce is great on pork, beef, lamb, chicken or anything you desire. This sauce is also a great marinade when used with citrus juice base!!!
