  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Port wine - (good quality)

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Water

  3. 1 cup 237ml Strawberry gelatin (large)

  4. 10 oz 284g Frozen sliced strawberries

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  6. 3 oz 85g Cream cheese

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Milk

  8. 1 Pie shell - baked

  9. 9"

  10. Whipped cream

  1. Heat Port and water to simmering. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

  2. Drop in frozen block of strawberries and let thaw, breaking up block with fork to hasten process; add lemon juice.

  3. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.

  4. Meantime, whip cream cheese and milk together with fork; spread evenly over bottom of pie shell. Pour in partially thickened gelatin mixture; chill several hours or overnight until firm.

  5. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
