  1. 1 1/4 Cup Sliced almonds

  2. 1 1/4 Cup Granulated sugar

  3. 1/4 Cup bread flour

  4. 3/4 Cup Melted butter

  5. 1/2 Cup Corn syrup

  1. Preparation : 1. Crush almonds in mixer. Add sugar and flour. Add butter and corn syrup. Cool.

  2. Spread a small amount of mixture on parchment lined sheet pan. The krokant will spread out while baking. Remove from oven when it is a medium brown color. Cut in strips, squares or circles for garnishes.
