  2. 500 grams Brussels sprouts; trimmed & halved

  3. 1 Red capsicum; seeded and thinly

  4. Sliced 1 Clove garlic; crushed

  5. 100 grams Snow peas; trimmed

  6. 100 grams Button mushrooms; halved

  7. 1/4 cup Shallots; sliced

  8. 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander; chopped

  9. 1 tablespoon Plum sauce

  1. . Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Saute brussels sprouts, capsicum and garlic for 2 minutes.
