    1. 3 tb Corn-starch

    2. 1/2 c Sugar

    3. 3 tb Lemon juice

    4. 1 c Crushed peaches

    5. 1 c Boiling water

    6. 1 tb Butter

    7. 2 ts Grated lemon rind

    8. Pink food coloring

    9. Few grains salt

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Combine sugar, salt, and corn-starch.

    2. Add boiling water, stirring constantly, until smooth.

    3. Cook over hot water until thick.

    4. Add butter, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind.

    5. Mix thoroughly.

    6. Cool.

    7. Add peaches.

    8. Add coloring.
