  1. Ingredients :

  2. 2 cups cooked chicken, diced

  3. 6 cups chicken broth

  4. 1 pound frozen egg noodles

  5. 1/2 medium sweet red pepper, chopped

  6. 1/2 medium sweet green pepper, chopped

  7. 1/2 large onion, cut into rings

  8. 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1-4 ounce can sliced mushrooms

  9. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Directions :

  2. Place chicken in a large pot with broth.

  3. Add peppers and onions; simmer 10 minutes.

  4. Add noodles and cook according to package directions.

  5. Five minutes before noodles are done, add mushrooms.

  6. Serve hot.
