  2. Ginger-Scallion Barbecue Sauce

  7. 1/2 C White Vinegar

  8. 1 C Soy Sauce

  9. 2 Tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger

  10. 1/3 C Light Brown Sugar -- lightly packed

  11. 1/2 C Minced Scallions (White & Green Parts)

  12. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except scallions; bring to

  13. 30 to 40 minutes

  14. or until sauce is reduced in volume by about one-half. It should be

  15. thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remove sauce from heat, cool

  16. for a few minutes and stir in scallions. Serve with baby-back ribs.

  17. Makes about 1 1/4 cups sauce.
