  8. Corriender powder:2 teaspoons.

  9. Red chilli powder:3/4 teaspoon.

  10. Red crushed chillies : 3/4 teaspoons i.e lal kuti mirch.

  11. Haldi : 3/4 teaspoon.

  12. Black pepper : 1/4 teaspoon.

  13. Salt : 1 teaspoon or according to your taste.

  14. White zeera : 2 teaspoons.

  15. Vinegar :34 tablespoons.

  16. Corriender leaves : for garnish.(dhanya)

  17. Green chillies whole : for garnish.

  18. Kasoori methi :1 tablespoon.
