  1. 6 cubed Potato es Celery Seed (to taste) Minced Onion (to taste) 1 cube Chicken Bouillon 1 tsp Parsley 1/2 tsp Salt 4 tsp Flour 2 cups Milk 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar 1 cup Cooked Chopped Bacon Pepper (to taste) Water (for desired soup consistency)

  1. In large pot, add potatoes, celery salt, onion, bouillon, water, broth, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until potatoes are tender. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and milk. Add to soup mixture and cook until soup becomes thick. Stir in cheese and bacon. Serve immediately.
