  1. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Flour

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking soda

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8oz Chocolate chips

  6. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter - softened

  7. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream Topping

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  11. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soft butter

  13. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Nuts - chopped

  14. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Chocolate chips

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all dry ingredients together; cream butter and sugar and eggs until nice and creamy. Alternate flour and sour cream. Beat well! Fold in chips. Pour into 13x9 inch greased pan. Mix ingredients for topping until it is soft streusels. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 two inch squares.
