  1. Crust

  2. 1 1/4 cups 78g / 2.8oz All-purpose flour

  3. 2/3 cup 131g / 4.6oz Sugar

  4. 1/3 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Baking cocoa

  5. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Packed brown sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine

  9. 2 Eggs - lightly beaten

  10. Topping

  11. 1 Flaked coconut

  12. 1 Sweetened condensed milk

  13. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Semisweet chocolate chips - (12 oz.)

  14. 1/2 cup 118ml Creamy peanut butter

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly.

  2. Add egg; mix well. Spread in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan.

  3. Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle coconut on top.

  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over coconut. Return to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

  6. In a saucepan over Low heat melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.

  7. Spread on bars. Cool.

  8. Yield: 2-3 dozen.
